Yeo Valley - Yeokens
Objective: To increase customer engagement with the Yeo Valley brand, building on the successful Yeokens loyalty platform.
Solution: Mosaic helped Yeo Valley's Agency, Big Fish, develop a wide choice of brand new content for Yeo Valley customers to spend their Yeokens on. This included recruiting discount partners on Family Days Out and Afternoon Tea as well as sourcing promotional merchandise which would appeal to Yeo Valley consumers including branded milk jugs, tea towels, aprons and shopping bags. Different values of Yeokens are printed under lids and labels across most Yeo Valley's range of dairy products. An on-pack collector scheme featuring merchandise and 3rd party offers.
Outcomes: In the first year the Yeokens platform attracted nearly 200,000 new registrations and over 200,000 consumers took part in the scheme. Programme is on-going.
