Objective: To underpin their status as the official water of the London 2012 Olympics and encourage as many people as possible to participate in swimming in the run up to the games.

Solution:   Consumers could take the caps from their Abbey Well water bottles and exchange them for a free swim at their local participating swimming pool. Mosaic recruited and managed all participating swimming pools in the scheme for two years. Reporting was provided on a frequent basis both in relation to pool recruitment and redemptions.


Outcomes: Mosaic grew the pool numbers by 13% overall and by some 540% in the crucial London catchment. Pools were available in 100% of the UK's top 50 most populous cities and an excellent working relationship with pool operators meant that consumer issues were negligible.
