What's the big idea:
Just because you're eating yellow fats (as those marketing types
delightfully refer to them), it doesn't mean that you have to
sacrifice an active lifestyle. Oh no. They even sponsored the
London marathon for 14 years, so their pedigree in promoting
healthy pursuits is well established. Now, of course, in this
modern age you don't even have to step outside of the comfort of
your own home to keep fit. In fact, if you win one of the 750
Kinect for Xbox prize packs, you can exercise as a family slap bang
in front of your telly. Yippee!
How:
There are two ways in which you can win one of these exertion
inducing entertainment devices. You can eat a whole tub of Flora's
yellow fat and see if there is a prize token at the bottom, OR you
can 'like' their page on Facebook and answer a very simple
question about the weekly video clip.

Any good?
We've always loved the oxymoron of conscience-salving promotions
offering you an activity-based reward for consuming vast quantities
