After years of taking a firm stance on not discounting their product, some might say (for the benefit of lawyers) that PizzaExpress could now be guilty of over-doing their discounting this year to the point of devaluing their brand. But, this little campaign may mark a break-away from this trend into the more sustainable model of adding value to their promotional activity and not just eroding margin. The premise is very simple: everyone deserves a present at Christmas!
